Shipment of your parcel

Parcels are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Parcels may also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it involves additional charges. Regardless of the shipping method selected, we will send you a link to track your parcel online.

Shipping fees include handling and packaging costs as well as postage. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary depending on the total weight of the parcel. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

Box sizes are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.
